I would say yes, because its different and soon will be the "new thing". Its called Cinemagram, and what it makes it different from others is that it lets you create beautiful animations. Its unique, beautiful, and easy to use. Personally I'm kinda getting tired of Instagram. I've had it since it came out and same-o thing, nothing changes. But this app its different and new. Its amazing if you have a huge imagination, just imagine what you can come up with. Your pictures come alive.
Example: Here are two exact pictures, or are they? The lady isn't moving but her shadow is, that's the thing you can do with Cinemagram. Well you cant really tell by looking at the pictures but it is. How to use it is by recording a short video clip between 2-3 seconds. From their you highlight what you want to move, and their you go its a hybrid between photo and video. Try Cinemagram out, its free in the App Store and its well worth it.
